Elysium - A EMP live event

Serving as the overall-in-charge of the event, I oversaw the entire process from ideation to execution. Leading planning discussions and meetings. Working closely with my marketing team with developing event concepts as well as my head of logistics at the time with coordinating logistics. I delegated tasks, maintained timelines, and ensured smooth communication along the whole process. On event day, I supervised operations, supported my interest group members, and ensured the event ran on safely and smoothly.

Welcome Tea - An annual EMP event

For Welcome Tea, an introductory event for newly joined EMP members, I worked closely with my other EXCO members to plan the activities, structure the event flow and prepare showcase materials. I co-developed the event agenda and ensured all segments were organized and prepared. Helping to coordinate communication with alumni, and inviting them back to share their experiences after EMP. On the day itself, I hosted the event, keeping it smooth and on schedule. I ensured a fun and welcoming experience for all the new members.

CCA Fiesta - An annual school event

CCA Fiesta was held from 16-18 April 2024, an annual event for interest groups to promote and gain new members from the new cohort of students. I oversaw EMP's booth operations across all days and made sure that all needed equipment were ready and set up on time each day. I ensured consistent positive engagement with the new students, actively communicating with the interested students, sharing information and clarifying queries asked with enthusiasm. (Singaporean actors Cheryl Chou, Desmond Ng & Richie Koh came by the booth to learn about DJing)

Spincity: Time Capsule - A EMP live event

Spincity was an annual event in collaboration with the diploma in arts and theatre management FYP team where we invite alumni and occasional other school DJs to perform. I was a part of the stage crew, assisting with pre-event preparation, set up as well as tear down. During the event, I served as the stage manager, coordinating the performers and managing the transitions between acts. I ensured the performances ran smoothly and on schedule.

Raveyard - An annual EMP live event

I contributed to both the creative and production sides for EMP's the annual Halloween event by being part of both the design and production team. I worked on the posters, crew tags and for certain content for our Instagram promotion. I also contributed as part of the stage crew, supporting in set up and tear down. During the event, I served as the stage manager, coordinating performers, managing act transitions and kept the performance on schedule.

Illuminate - A EMP live event

My first live event with EMP as a member. Before the event I contributed as part of the design team for marketing, collaborating with the others on design ideas for promotional content. I worked on the designs of the posters and crew tags. I also contributed as part of the stage crew, supporting in set up and tear down. During the event, I served as the stage manager, coordinating performers, managing act transitions and kept the performance on schedule.
